Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to meet the aims of our vision: Inspired by God’s love for us, we are a vibrant learning community, valuing our history, empowering all and working together to create limitless opportunities and lifelong learners.

Being a part of Frenchay gives us opportunities that enable us to learn about aspects that are unique to our setting. For example, children in Phoenix and Dragon learn about the life of the Fry’s family who made the first chocolate bars. The family lived in Frenchay and the museum still holds memorabilia about the family.
Another area of learning is that of Aardman, producers of Wallace and Gromit amongst other family favourites. As a Bristol based firm they are local to our learning which is further enhanced by connections through our parents who work for the company. We can’t wait to move to our new building so we will have space for this amazing piece of model work produced by a parent. Very talented!
