Last week we were very fortunate to share a worship to commemorate Remembrance Day, led by Griffin class. As part of the worship we learnt many new facts. One of these was that many thought that Jelly Babies changed their name from ‘Unclaimed Babies’ at the end of
the war to ‘Peace Babies’, before becoming what we know them to be today, as Jelly Babies. We were all able to share in each of us
eating one as we left the worship, whilst we quietly contemplated the sacrifices others have made to make our country what it is today.
